Swedish West Seattle may be one of the smaller campuses in the Swedish system, but its impact on the local community is anything but modest. Focused on internal medicine and pediatrics, this facility plays a vital role in delivering personalized care to families across the West Seattle area.
When Swedish expanded with a new Primary Care clinic just 500 meters away, they faced a unique challenge: how to visually and physically connect two separate locations in a way that felt seamless to patients. That’s where we came in.
Led by our designer Oz Kaya, we developed a comprehensive visual strategy that included:

Glass Graphics: Custom vinyl treatments for both internal medicine and pediatric wings—designed to balance privacy with warmth and clarity.

Wayfinding Signage: A tailored system of directional signs that guide patients effortlessly through the facility.

Street-Level Directional Signs: Installed along key pedestrian routes to connect the main campus with the new Primary Care clinic, improving foot traffic flow and reducing confusion.

Additional Print & Display Work: From branded announcements to portable stands, we supported the clinic’s communication needs with clean, consistent visuals.
This project wasn’t just about signs—it was about creating a visual bridge between two care centers, helping patients feel supported from the moment they step onto the sidewalk. Swedish West Seattle now stands as a model of how thoughtful design can enhance accessibility, comfort, and community connection.
